(ANSA) - Rome, July 20 - The bodies of the Italian victims
of last week's terrorist attack in Nice will return to Italy
later on Wednesday on a flight to Milan's Malpensa airport, ANSA
sources said.
Carla Gaveglio, 48, from Piasco (Cuneo); husband and wife
Angelo D'Agostino, 71, and Gianna Muset, 68, from Voghera, near
Pavia; their friend Maria Grazia Ascoli, 77, from Milan, and
Mario Casati, 90, from Milan too, were killed in the attack
A 20-year-old Italian-American student, Nicolas Leslie,
was also among the 84 victims after a French-Tunisian national
ploughed a lorry through crowds gathered to watch the Bastille
Day fireworks on a seaside promenade.
The body of Gaveglio, a housewife, will return to Italy on
land, not via air with the other corpses, and her strictly
private funeral will take place on Saturday in Piasco, sources
said.
