TAR rules no fee hike for stay permits

(ANSA) - Rome, May 25 - Lazio's Regional Administrative Court (TAR) on Wednesday annulled part of a 2011 ministerial decree on foreign residence permits, abolishing a fee increase on renewals. The decree had set the renewal fee at a variable rate between 80-200 euros, replacing the previously lower fee.
    The case was brought by labour union CGIL and its worker rights assistance division INCA.
