(ANSA) - Brussels, April 15 - European Council President
Donald Tusk took to Twitter Friday to "welcome Matteo Renzi's
migration compact". He said he agreed to "work on an ambitious
plan in the EU and the G7 on cooperation with Third Countries to
stem migration". Renzi sent the pact proposal earlier Friday to
Tusk and to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.
