(ANSA) - Catania, April 12 - A man set fire to his landlady
after being served an eviction notice in Sicily Tuesday.
Massimiliano Di Bella, 44, doused the 67-year-old retired
teacher in flammable liquid before setting fire to her.
She escaped harm by jumping into the shower.
The father-of-two, who had not paid the rent for 18 months,
gave himself up to police.
