(ANSA) - Vercelli, February 19 - Police on Friday arrested
18 retirement home staffers on suspicion of violence against the
elderly and the disabled at a facility in the Piedmont town of
Borgo d'Ale.
Some of the suspects were arrested on the premises of the
La Consolata facility and others were picked up at home.
Police also searched the retirement home and seized
documents.
