Riccardo Muti breaks hip in fall

(ANSA) - Rome, February 3 - Conductor Riccardo Muti broke his hip in a nasty fall at home, sources said Wednesday.
    The maestro, 74, was operated on in a Ravenna hospital and was said to be comfortable.
    Muti, who had just come back from a tour of China, has cancelled his schedule fo the coming weeks.
