'Responsibility' found in Tornado crash

(ANSA) - Rome, October 2 - An analysis by two aviation experts has found "organisational responsibilities" over a training mission in which two air force Tornados collided over Ascoli Piceno on August 19, 2014, judicial sources said.
    The report has been filed but for the moment, Ascoli prosecutors said, no other measures have been taken.
