(ANSA) - Genoa, October 2 - Doctors on Friday confirmed a
suspected Ebola case was actually malaria after a second round
of blood tests cleared any remaining doubts.
The patient, an engineer from Sierra Leone who had been
placed in isolation in a Genoa hospital since Wednesday after
presenting with high fever, will likely be released at the
weekend.
