Man arrested for 'instigating jihad'

(ANSA) - Rome, July 6 - Italian police on Monday arrested a 25-year-old man from the town of Ponsacco, near Pisa, who is suspected of instigating jihad, ANSA sources said. The suspect is an unemployed man of Moroccan origin, although he has lived in Italy since the age of eight, the sources said. A computer and three mobile telephones were seized in a search of the apartment where the suspect lives with his parents.
