(ANSA) - Modena, May 22 - Prosecutors on Friday requested a
one-year prison term for two grandparents accused of stalking
their daughter in order to gain control of their granddaughter's
upbringing.
The elderly couple allegedly harassed their daughter with
phone calls and stakeouts, until she finally sued them in court.
The plaintiff is also seeking 30,000 euros in "moral and
psychological damages".
The defendants said they "just wanted to see their
grandchild".
