(ANSA) - Turin, March 27 - Two off-piste skiers, one French and one Italian, died in an avalanche that slid off the Monte Terra Nera in the Susa Valley west of Turin, rescue workers said Friday. A third person is hospitalized with non-fatal injuries.
    The Finance Guard had earlier reported three fatalities. The bodies have been transported to Cesana Torinese, a town and ski resort near the French border. Rescue operations were carried out by the Piedmont Alpine Rescue corps, Finance Guard and Carabinieri military police units.
