Redazione Ansa

(ANSA) - Pisa, March 6 - Antonio Logli has been cleared of murdering his wife Roberta Ragusa after a preliminary hearings judge decided on Friday that he should not go on trial.
Prosecutors had asked the judge to indict Logli, saying he murdered Ragusa, who went missing on the night between January 13 and 14 2012, after she found out he was having an affair with the former babysitter of their children. Ragusa said he only realised his wife was missing on the morning of January 14, 2012. The woman's body was never found.
