(ANSA) - Belluno, March 2 - The death toll from a Sunday ice
avalanche in Val Fonda in the northeastern Veneto region has
risen to two, sources said Monday.
Daniele Costan Zovi, 29, died in hospital overnight, Alpine
rescue sources said.
Tiziano Favero, 44, was pulled lifeless from the snow on
Sunday.
A third Alpine skier remains in critical condition in a
hospital in the city of Treviso.
