Baby girl found dead in Milan apartment

(ANSA) - Milan, February 27 - Police said Friday they were called in to an apartment in Milan after parents found their nine-month-old baby girl dead. The baby was found Thursday night shortly before midnight not breathing and emergency workers said the little girl was undernourished, had bedsores, and conditions were generally filthy. A probe into the affair is continuing but police said the 35-year-old parents were not being investigated.
