Dead husband sperm OK

(ANSA) - Bologna, February 10 - In a landmark ruling, a Bologna court on Tuesday ordered a local hospital to implant sperm frozen 19 years ago from a husband who died in 2011 into the eggs of his widow.
    The court upheld an appeal from a 50-year-old Ferrara woman who had been turned down by a lower court.
