(ANSA) - Messina, January 27 - Police in the Sicilian city of Messina on Tuesday arrested a 20-year-old man on rape charges in connection with the abuse of a severely mentally disabled 19-year-old woman.
Police say the young woman set off to visit a neighboring family friend, but never made it because she was allegedly lured into a man's home and raped.
