(ANSA) - Palermo, December 24 - New death threats were made
Wednesday morning against Rosario Crocetta, governor of Sicily
and known anti-mafia crusader, police said.
An anonymous caller made the threat after dialing a police
emergency line from somewhere in Palermo's university district.
Crocetta won election in 2012 after campaigning on an
anti-mafia platform and has been living under very tight
security due to a string of death threats.
