(ANSA) - Capri, December 1 - Strong winds as well as
technical difficulties brought a halt to all ferries traveling
to Capri on Monday, with a block on high speed ferries to Ischia
and Procida.
Caremar ferries suspended service after its 9 am ferry from
Naples to Capri had to return to port shortly after departure
for a problem with the anchor.
Force 6 winds, which the Italian Coast Guard said would
likely calm by the end of Monday, caused the cancellations.
