(ANSA) - Rome, November 25 - Premier Matteo Renzi promised
the State will be a civil plaintiff if another case is brought
against Eternit, families of asbestos poisoning victims said
Tuesday after meeting Renzi. Families were outraged when the
supreme court last week dismissed a prison term against the
company's ex-owner as the case had timed out. Turin prosecutors
say they may open another case in relation to 263 asbestos
deaths among Eternit workers and their families.
