(ANSA) - Ragusa, October 22 - Police in the Sicilian town of
Comiso on Wednesday arrested a Tunisian man who allegedly shot
his 37-year-old daughter dead after a fight over money and
dumped her body in the countryside.
The victim, Sylvie Monjia Ayed, was married and a mother of
three.
Rafih Ayed, 60, was apprehended while in possession of the
murder weapon, police said.
The gun allegedly went off during an argument between Ayed,
his daughter, and her Tunisian husband, who owed his
father-in-law money, investigators said.
