(ANSA) - Grosseto, September 23 - It will take two months to establish whether human remains just found in the Costa Concordia wreck in Genoa belong to one or both of the missing people from the 2012 disaster that killed 32, forensic experts said Tuesday.
The pair are Maria Grazia Trecarichi, from Italy, and Russel Rebello, from India.
The Concordia's hulk was taken to Genoa to be scrapped last month. Former captain Francesco Schettino is on trial for allegedly causing the fatal collision with a rock formation off Tuscany on January 13, 2012.
