(ANSA) - Rome, September 1 - Italian President Giorgio
Napolitano called Father Luigi Ciotti on Monday to express his
solidarity after the news that Sicilian Mafia leader Totò Riina
had issued a death threat against the president of Libera, an
anti-Mafia NGO.
"The first person to call me, early this morning, was
Premier Matteo Renzi, to express his solidarity and support,"
Ciotti told Italian daily La Repubblica.
