Beheaded woman 'stabbed 40 times'

(ANSA) - Rome, August 27 - A man who beheaded a woman in Rome Sunday stabbed her more than 40 times, including in the face, before cutting her head off when she was already dead, an autopsy said Wednesday.
    Ukrainian home help Oksana Matsiuk, 38, was murdered by 35-year-old IT consultant Federico Leonelli.
    The autopsy show evidence of an "appalling" attack, doctors said. Lionelli was shot dead by police as he attacked them with the knife, according to police.
