(ANSA) - Catanzaro, August 27 - Italian police on Wednesday
seized eight million euros from a businessman suspected of links
to the Calabrian 'Ndrangheta mafia.
Construction entrepreneur Francesco Cianflone, 59, was
arrested in May for alleged links to a top clan in the town of
Lamezia Terme, his home.
Among the assets seized were two farms, two construction
firms and various pieces of property.
Several bank accounts were frozen.
