(ANSA) - Rome, July 29 - Rome police on Tuesday arrested two tax inspectors on suspicion of graft.
Giuseppe Costantini, 57, and Gian Piero Giliberti, 40, allegedly took bribes of up to 8,000 euros for every 100,000-euro tax "discount". They were turned in by a restaurant owner who claimed they tried to extort 25,000 euros in exchange for reducing an outstanding fine against him.
