(ANSA) - Pisa, April 18 - Police in Pisa have identified on
video footage a man who killed a Bengali waiter in Pisa on
Sunday night after attacking him with a gang of fellow thugs.
The Tunisian, 27, has fled the country and is in Tunis,
police said.
Another two members of the gang have been cautioned.
The victim, Zakir Hossain, was killed by a single punch to
the head after being taunted by the gang.
That same night, the gang also tried to attack another two
people, investigators said.
They said Hossain's death was not part of a so-called
'knockout game', popular among aggressive youths, where
unsuspecting passers-by are hit in the face.
Hossain, 34, died after two days in hospital.
