Industrial production dropped 2.1% in June says ISTAT

(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 5 - ISTAT said Friday that its seasonally adjusted industrial production index dropped by 2.1% in June with respect to May.
    It was the second consecutive month-on-month fall.
    The national statistics agency said that industrial output was also down compared to June 2021, by 1.2%.
    It said all industrial sectors registered drops, except for energy.
    It said production was up 1.2% in the second quarter with respect to the previous three months. (ANSA).
