(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 13 - The Italian property market grew
32.9% last year, ISTAT said Wednesday.
Residential properties were 32.8% up and business properties
34.9% up, the stats agency said.
The real-estate boom was spread across the country, ISTAT said.
Compared to 2019, before the COVID pandemic, the market was
19.1% up.
Mortgages were 21% up across the country last year.
A year previously, in 2020, house sales fell 10.4%. (ANSA).
