(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 12 - Italy's seaside holiday business has
returned to 2019 levels, the JFC Observatory said Tuesday.
Seaside holidays will rack up 418.58 million presences and
generate 31.878 billion euros in euros in turnover this summer,
it said.
That compares to 411.89 million presences and 31.857 billion
euros in turnover in pre-pandemic 2019, said the observatory.
"The latest data are sharply up on 2020 and 2021," it said.
