(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 25 - Proof of maturity and a sense of
cohesion by all actors are needed for the implementation of the
massive post-COVID EU-funded National Recovery and Resilience
Plan (NRRP), President Sergio Mattarella said Wednesday.
"Intense unity is needed to take forward the 'Italy building
site'" for the welter of reforms to be enacted to land the EU
cash, he said.
Mattarella added that the Ukraine war highlighted the need to
now "redouble the commitment for growth and peace".
He said peace and respect for the rights of people must be
