Consumer confidence down, business confidence up says ISTAT

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 28 - Italian consumer confidence was down but business confidence up in October, ISTAT said Thursday.
    The climate of confidence among consumers fell from 119.6 in September to 118.4 this month while the confidence index for businesses went up from 113.7 to 115.0, the stats agency said.
    However, consumer expectations on their economic situation rose, and confidence levels among consumers remain at historically high levels, ISTAT said. (ANSA).
