(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 16 - ISTAT said Thursday that Italian
exports rose by 35% in May with respect to April.
The national statistics agency said imports picked up too after
the peak of the coronavirus emergency, increasing 5.6% with
respect to the previous month.
However, compared with the same month of the previous year, both
exports and imports fell in May (down 30.4% and 35.2%
respectively). (ANSA).
