(ANSA) - Paris, June 17 - The message of the Italian reply to
the European Commission aimed at averting an infringement
procedure for breaking the debt rule is "no to the primacy of
finance" in Europe, Premier Giuseppe Conte said at the Le
Bourget air show Monday.
The government has ruled out a supplementary budget to keep
Italy's finances in line with EU parameters.
