(ANSA) - Rome, January 24 - CIG benefit hours for those laid
off by struggling firms fell to a post-2007 low of 217 million
in 2018, pensions and social security agency INPS said Thursday.
This was 38% down on 2017, it said.
INPS added that steady job contracts were almost 232,000 up
in the first 11 months of 2018, and temp contracts had stopped
rising in August.
