(ANSA) - Rome, October 23 - The spread between Italian and
German 10-year bond yields, a gauge of investor confidence, rose
back to 315 points with a yield of 3.55% after the EU rejected
Italy's 2019 budget plan.
The European Commission said it had had no alternative but to
reject the plan.
