Lombardy top for tax evaders - Greco

(ANSA) - Milan, October 23 - Lombardy is "by far" the top Italian region for tax evaders, followed by Piedmont and Emilia Romagna, Milan Chief Prosecutor Francesco Greco said Tuesday.
    "Lombardy is the land of tax evaders, there were 49.07% of voluntary disclosure files, in terms of capitalisation we are at 47/48% of the overall total, which is about 60 billion euros," he said.
