(ANSA) - Milan, September 21 - The presence of women directors on company boards boost firms' productivity, a study by bourse regulator CONSOB said Friday.
But the survey of all listed companies in the 2008-2016 period also said a "critical mass" of at least 17-20% of female directors was needed to achieve these results.
