Unemployment to drop to 10.8% in 2018 (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, May 22 - ISTAT said Tuesday that it expects Italy's labour market to continue to improve in 2018, with unemployment coming down slightly, to 10.8%. The national statistics agency recently reported that the unemployment rate was 11% in March. ISTAT stressed that, nevertheless, the jobless level "will remain significantly above that of the (average for) the eurozone".
