(ANSA) - Florence, December 7 - A Florence appeals court on
Thursday acquitted three former chiefs of Monte dei Paschi di
Siena, Giuseppe Mussari, Antonio Vigni and Gianluca Baldassarri,
of charges related to the restructuring of the Alexandria
derivative.
The three had been convicted and handed jail terms of three
years, six months in the first-instance trial.
