Can't cancel stalking offences - tax dec

(ANSA) - Rome, November 9 - A fiscal decree now going through parliament says you can't cancel stalking offences by compensating victims, after a controversial recent case.
    The decree also changes mafia confiscation norms to bring them into line with EU regulations as requested by President Sergio Mattarella.
    The government ha presented 11 amendments including on the medical use of cannabis, vaccines, and Alitalia.
