(ANSA) - Rome, October 2 - The public sector borrowing requirement rose to almost 56 billion euros over the first nine months of the year, Treasury sources said Monday, saying that banks had weighed down the figures. The rise was "in line with forecasts", they said. September was "steady" at 15 billion.
