(ANSA) - Rome, September 14 - Italy's communications
authority said Thursday that it had launched penalty procedures
against four telecommunications companies for failing to respect
an obligation to bill customers on a monthly basis. The
companies have been phasing out monthly invoices and started
billing on the basis of four-week periods. The procedure regards
Tim, Wind Tre, Vodafone and Fastweb.
