(ANSA) - Milan, September 6 - Italian stock-market regulator
CONSOB is set to appeal to the supreme Court of Cassation
against a June ruling by a Brescia court overruling sanctions it
imposed on UBI Banca.
The penalties regarded breaches of corporate-governance
regulations.
The decision should arrive in the next few weeks, ANSA
sources said.
