(ANSA) - New York, August 23 - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is
mulling whether to spin off Maserati and Alfa Romeo and its car
components divisions, Bloomberg reported Wednesday citing
sources who said FCA is discussing the plan and a decision could
come at the beginning of 2018. The plan aims to increase the
group's value, Bloomberg said. FCA has been the focus of a slew
of recent rumours, most of them focusing on alleged interest
from Chinese SUV-maker Great Wall.
