Business confidence up to post-2007 high (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, April 27 - The Italian business-confidence index made its fourth straight monthly gain in April, rising from 105.1 to 107.4, its highest since October 2007, ISTAT said Friday. The consumer confidence index was practically steady, edging down from 107-6 to 107.5. Business confidence was up in all sectors, from manufacturing to services, the statistics agency said.
