(ANSA) - Rome, January 27 - The spread between Italian and German 10-year bond yields, a gauge of Italy's borrowing costs and of market confidence in the Italian economy, rose two points to 176 Friday, the highest it has been since summer 2015, with a yield of 2.22%. The lower the spread is the better it is for the Italian economy and for Italy's debt-servicing costs.
