Use savings to invest - Draghi

(ANSA) - Rome, September 28 - European Central Bank President Mario Draghi told the Bundestag Wednesday that German savers should take advantage of investment opportunities in order to benefit from higher interest rates in future. Germany is criticised by Italy and other EU partners, and also often by Washington, for excessive savings that are hoarded and not spent to help stimulate the economy.
