(ANSA) - Berlin, September 28 - European Central Bank
President Mario Draghi said Wednesday that Germany has budget
margins to spend if it does so wisely. "The situation is
decidedly better than four years ago", he told a press
conference after addressing the Bundestag's European affairs
committee. Draghi stressed the need for certain banks to change
their business models.
