(ANSA) - Rome, July 25 - Italy's property market grew for
the fourth consecutive quarter between January and March this
year, with a 17.9% increase in sales, Istat said on Monday. The
national statistics agency added that mortgages were up 29.2% in
the first quarter. It said the increase in sales regarded both
homes, up 18.6%, and properties used for business purposes.
