(ANSA) - Rome, May 4 - The government has "pledged to
intervene on pensions in the 2017 budget law," Premier Matteo
Renzi reiterated Wednesday. Renzi has said the government will
introduce "flexibility" into a 2011 pension reform that raised
the retirement age to at least 66, allowing people to retire
earlier on lower pensions.
